Important Booking Information
Arrival and check-out:
On the day of your arrival your room is available as from 2pm.
Check-out time on the day of your departure is at 11.00 am.
Please let us know if you are going to arrive after 6pm. A quick phone call will suffice, thank you!

We highly recommend travel insurance.
cancellations:
Due to Corona you can cancel you reservation in the off season one day and in the main season seven days befor your arrival for free.
Room cancellations are only accepted in written form.
No cancellation fees are applicable if you cancel 3 months prior to your holiday.
Cancelling between 3 months until 1 month before your holiday, we charge 3 days of your holiday as a cancellation fee.
As of 1 month before your holiday, or due to early departure, or late arrival, we charge 80% of the full price as a cancellation fee per person.
Travel insurance:
Even if you are looking forward to your holiday, unexpected things can always happen and may cause you to have to stay at home.
Therefore, we highly recomend this travel cancellation insurance - and our trusted partner is the Europäische travel insurance.
